Health Care in Danger is an important project. The CIMM has long enjoyed a privileged relationship with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). This collaboration intensified when the CIMM became part of the Community of Interest of the ICRC’s “Health Care in Danger” project. The initiative addresses the issue of violence against patients, healthcare staff, patients, healthcare facilities, vehicles… The aim is to guarantee safe access to healthcare services during armed conflicts and other hostilities.
