Regional Working Groups

In order to adapt to regional specificities, the ICMM Secretary General has set up Regional Working Groups (RWG). Member countries with geographical proximit can join one or more RWGs on a voluntary basis. The activities of the RWGs are specifically oriented towards common scientific and technical issues.

The Technical Commissions (TCs) represent the various military health professions. They develop the specific aspects of the activities related to the exercise of these professions in the context of the Armed Forces

Center of Reference

The Center of Reference for Education on International Humanitarian Law and Ethics is mandated by the International Committee of Military Medicine (ICMM), and its chair is elected by the General Assembly of the ICMM. The directorate cooperates closely with the ICMM. The Chair  of the Center of Reference is elected by the ICMM General Assembly.
