The Comité International de Médecine Militaire (CIMM) is an international, intergovernmental organization founded in 1921. As a tribute to Belgium, which took the initiative in founding the Comité International de Médecine Militaire and organized the first International Congress of Military Medicine, the headquarters of the CIMM General Secretariat are located in Belgium.
